1. Communication Before Dispute (ASK FOR REFUND BEFORE CHAREBACKS)
Customers must first contact our support team at Bloody Angels to attempt to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
We are more than willing to assist with tracking issues, refunds, or reshipments where appropriate.
2. Chargebacks Filed Prematurely
If a customer initiates a chargeback before the end of the shipping window or without first requesting a refund or contacting our support team, the dispute will be considered invalid and will be automatically contested and overturned with evidence of our communication policy and fulfillment timelines.
3. Shipping Timeframe
All orders are processed and shipped within the shipping timeframe unless otherwise stated. Delays caused by carriers or customs are out of our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues to the best of our ability.
4. Fraudulent or False Claims
If we find that a chargeback was filed fraudulently or with false information, the customer will be permanently banned from future purchases and legal action may be taken to recover lost funds.
5. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or exchanges on defective or incorrect items within [insert days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and a clear description (with photos if needed) of the issue.
6. Our Right to Dispute
We reserve the right to provide documentation, shipping confirmations, and communication logs to the payment processor to dispute and overturn any chargeback attempts that violate this policy.
